Almost every songwriter in Australia has name-checked Richards as one of the
finest tunesmiths of his generation” - Daily Telegraph
Glenn Richards, frontman of the acclaimed Australian rockers Augie
March, has announced details of his new solo album with the Venus Lakes, The
Great Behind, due for release on October 9th, 2026, on Johnny Depp's IN.2
Records. The ten-track album was produced by Richards and Jethro Pickett.
The release marks the culmination of a musical love affair nearly
twenty years in the making. In spring 2008, Johnny Depp was in his sun-
drenched, art-deco home studio in LA — taking a breather from shooting
Public Enemies in Chicago — painting a portrait of his recently departed dog,
Moo, when something stopped him in his tracks. A song drifting from a
friend's iPod. A song about an owner and his dog stoi

Annie-Claude Deschênes + Solid Pleasure + Everyday Saints

Annie-Claude Deschênes brings her singular live show to the UK this October, blurring the line between performance art and concert with a set that is as playful as it is uncompromising. The tour kicks off in Todmorden on 11 October before heading across the UK, with dates in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Preston, London, Brighton, Southampton, Manchester, Leeds and Birkenhead, wrapping up in Coventry on 24 October.
A long-standing figure in Montreal’s independent scene and former frontwoman of cult outfits Duchess Says and PyPy, Deschênes has carved out a solo path rooted in dystopian techno, minimal pop and electronic experimentation. Her debut album, LES MANIÈRES DE TABLE, out now via Bonsound and Italians Do It Better, turns social codes and table manners inside out, while her live performance adds a deliciously chaotic touch — think club music, theatrical precision and a few dollops of whipped cream. Expect an evening that feels equal parts provocation, spectacle and release. You can hear recent single "MAIN DE FER" below here.
Solid Pleasure
Neave Merrick and Lucy Milani are two synth freaks who bonded over mutual obsessions - Italo disco, lo-fi synth-pop, acid house, no wave, Lynchian dream-logic, and Giallo’s blood-red glamour. Their sound is what happens when all those worlds collide: neon romance, industrial pulse, and cinematic dread fused into something sleek, beautiful, and undeniably theirs.
Everyday Saints
Everyday Saints is an alternative pop project from Brighton UK, formed by vocalist-producer Pip Rainbird and bassist Mimi Holder. The band combines a dark Lynchian aesthetic with themes of obsession, yearning, and existential dread, combined with a high energy electroclash stage show.
