Just a spit from Brighton station you’ll find the legendary Prince Albert – The Home of the Free.
Outside, you’ll see our world-famous ‘dead rock stars’ graf wall (with a scribble from Banksy, too). Inside, you’ll be mixing with the rock stars of today and tomorrow.
There’s always bands on upstairs. Pub Hub food is served ’til 9 most days and we’re open ’til midnight, later on Fridays and Saturdays.
We’re a true free-house, offering unusual beers to unusual people. It means we can do what the hell we want. We frequently do.
We love our beer and are always looking out for new brews.
We’re so smitten with local brewing geniuses Burning Sky, we painted their logo on the front of the pub without them even asking.
You’ll find the best pint of Plateau this side of the brewery at The Albert. We’ve always got new craft barrels, bottles and kegs coming in. And cider drinkers have plenty to choose from.
Unlike pubs chained to horrible companies we don’t need to serve over-priced, crappy wine. Ours is over-priced, decent wine.
